1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Burn app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

For iOS users, these Terms of Service include and supplement the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, these Terms shall govern.

2. Not Medical Advice

Disclaimer: Burn is an app designed for lifestyle experimentation and tracking. The information provided by the app is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or diet changes.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Burn offers premium features through a subscription model. If you purchase a subscription:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store or Play Store after purchase.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Burn. However, by using the app, you grant us a license to use this data to provide the services described, including generating insights and analytics.

User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

If the Service allows you to post content (e.g., sharing experiments or logs) visible to other users, you agree not to post any content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.

Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user who violates these terms without prior notice. If you encounter objectionable content, you may report it to us at support@burnexp.com, and we will take action within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Burn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
